Lucky Pup Lodge is located on west highway 70 between Bethel road and Simpson road. The drive way is on the south side of the road.

Please be sure your pet is current on all shots and bring/send verification of the following:
DOGS
1. Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus (Usually 1 shot)
2. Kennel Cough (Typically required every 6 months-1 year)
3. Rabies (If old enough)
*Puppies must have two provable DHLPP vaccinations along with the Bordetella for their safety
CATS
1. FVRCP - Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Feline Calcivirus, and Panleukopenia
2. Rabies - if old enough
*Kittens must have two sets of provable FVRCP for their safety
A copy of vaccination records may be brought in at time of check-in or emailed/faxed from the vet. Please bring a receipt of purchase or vial sticker and date given for vaccinations administered at home.
