Lucky Pup Lodge is a newly constructed facility with a commercial grade air purification system and built in storm shelter safe room to keep your pets safe and healthy while in our care. 

Hours of Operation

Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm closed 12:00pm-1:00pm
Saturday - 9:00am-12:00pm and by appointment
Sunday - 2:00-5:00pm and by appointment

VACCINATION
REQUIREMENTS:

Please be sure your pet is current on all shots and bring/send verification of the following:
DOGS
1. DHLPP - Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus (Usually 1 shot)
2. Bordetella - Kennel Cough (Typically required every 6 months-1 year)
3. Rabies - If old enough
*Puppies must have two provable DHLPP vaccinations along with the Bordetella for their safety
CATS
1. FVRCP - Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Feline Calcivirus, and Panleukopenia
2. Rabies - if old enough
*Kittens must have two sets of provable FVRCP for their safety

A copy of vaccination records may be brought in at time of check-in or emailed/faxed from the vet.  Please bring a receipt of purchase or vial sticker and date given for vaccinations administered at home.
